OWT Global, LLC has been authorized as a SkillBridge Organization. The Department of Defense’s SkillBridge program offers service members the chance to acquire valuable civilian work experience by taking part in industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the final 180 days of their service. SkillBridge facilitates connections between service members and industry partners to provide real-world job experiences.

Florida Blue health offers 5 different coverage levels. The Guardian dental network and VSP vision network provide some of the top benefits for dental and vision without any waiting period for major services. All plans provide benefits across the United States with in-network doctors and facilities. Health, vision, dental plans have a 50% employer match.
Short Term/Long Term Disability/Life Insurance/ Workers Compensation
OWT provides competitive coverage for short/long term disability plans, as well as basic life insurance through Northwestern Mutual. OWT Global employees are eligible for Workers' Compensation benefits. Such benefits are provided at no cost to employees and cover any injury or illness sustained during employment that requires medical treatment.
Retirement
OWT Global has partnered with John Hancock to provide traditional and Roth 401k plan options with a 3% employer match contributed each pay period. Employees do not need to contribute to receive this benefit, the only requirement is a registered account and profile established on the John Hancock website.
Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay
OWT Global offers 160 hours of paid holiday time and competitive paid time off per year.
