Business tends to be capricious; it’s natural that decisions be made to the benefit of the organization. That said, I’m thoroughly convinced that the welfare of the individual employee is figured into the calculus of every major decision made by this company. Employees of other companies with whom I’ve had contact don’t always feel that same loyalty; I’m very grateful for it.

I had many choices upon my retirement from the Army but I wanted a company where I could feel like part of a family and not just an employee number. I found it at OWT Global. Professionally and personally the company has been completely supportive of my goals and understanding of my personal responsibilities. The flexibility that I am afforded as to where I live is invaluable and enables me to not have to put the rest of my life on hold. All of this culminates into a company that I am proud to work for so much so that one of my sons also works for the company now. “A man who enjoys his work never works a day in his life.”

A couple of years ago, I transitioned from active duty military and began the search for my next career. Up until I interviewed with OWT I felt like just another wheel in the cog. I immediately felt welcome with OWT. From onboarding to working the contract I knew I was working with professionals who cared about its people and the mission.

The idea that this company was founded by combat veterans, with a focus on giving opportunities to other veterans. The idea of tightknit family who can relate and always support each other resonates with me. Working for this company has been outstanding due the job’s everchanging nature, and the constant support of teammates and leadership. I love the people, the opportunities, and the atmosphere surrounding our family and our mission.

First of all, I would like to say that, in my opinion, there is no better company to work for than OWT Global LLC. I have known, worked with, and worked for many of the dedicated individuals within this great organization, in and out of uniform. That is what makes this organization so special. The hard work and dedication of each member of this team is second to none. We are truly a family, dedicated to ensuring success in accomplishing the mission of our larger family, the men and women in uniform…because we have been there. I am proud to be part of an organization supporting an effort that is greater than any of us.
